tinro|media works follows the tradition of observational film. Often non-scripted and un-narrated, it offers artistic commentary on contemporary cultural issues.

Past Forward - Video documentary done in an experimental genre exploring Holocaust childhood memories of from a multigenerational perspective. Filmed in Ukraine, Israel and USA. Work-in-progress.

Picture Stories - Short documentary. A late friend and an era long gone are remembered by Israeli photojournalist Micha Bar-Am.

Amperion - DV and web installation of corporate projects.

A Day in Poland - A trilogy of short video documentaries documenting one day in Krakow, Poland, during the summer of 2002. Images from around the city as it welcomes the visiting Pope layer the beginning of the tour, which ends later that day in the near-by Holocaust sites of Auschwitz and Birkenau. Original score by Ron Sadan. Includes: Sightings of the Pope, A Boy in Auschwitz and At the End of the Day.

ShortCuts - Series of short video documentaries from around the world, produced digitally for web streaming.

A Moment of Silence - DV art installation shot following a worldwide Internet drive to light a candle in memory of the events of September the 11th. Once posted and streamed on the web, it was then shared virtually with the anonymous audience of the web around the world, becoming, once again, a personalized memorial candle that can be lit up any time, any place, by anyone who wishes to remember and reflect. Featured at Williams College Museum of Art and BU’s PRC gallery.

A New York State of Mind - Short video documentary/Web installation revisiting New York six months after 9-11.

An After Thought - Short video documentary/Web installation. Created following a visit to Manhattan's Ground Zero.

From Anne Frank's Window - Short documentary revisits Anne Frank's house and diary. A young girl's diary entry about her visit to the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam with her family, intercepts with Anne Frank's own rare excerpts on the world outside the Secret Annex as she watched it from behind a slit in the curtain. Narration by Shir Sadan.

Fiddler on the Roof & Behind the Scenes - DV documentary and play.

Let Them Fly... - Video documentary exploring the topic of community youth leadership. Topic is discussed with Harvard Prof. Alan Dershowitz and by detailing the lives of three young leaders active in their communities. Original score by Glenn Dickson of the Shirim Klezmer Band. The documentary was commissioned by the Bureau of Jewish Education in Boston, aired on local cable channels and took part in a film festival held by the Diaspora Museum in Israel.
